A la Junta Directiva de l’Associació de Moros i Cristians Sant Blai d’Altea:
Senyor President i Junta Directiva de l’Associació, festers i festeres: la filà Templaris d’Altea prega que es faja llegida d’aquesta carta en l’Assemblea General Ordinària del 24 de desembre de 2007.
Estimats festers i festeres,
El passat dimarts 11 de desembre va tindre lloc una reunió de vocals de les filades que formen part d’aquesta Associació per tal de resoldre un problema que, baix el nostre parèixer, no és més que el resultat d’una imprevisió alarmant dels Estatuts de la nostra Associació.
Vaja per davant l’agraïment a la filà Contrabandistes que ha acceptat l’honor d’ostentar el càrrec d’Alferes Cristià de 2008, a les filades d’aquesta Associació, i en particular a les cristianes, per haver buscat un consens i unitat en la solució racional d’aquest problema, i a la Junta Directiva de l’Associació per haver coordinat, baix el nostre parèixer tard però amb un resultat satisfactori, la solució d’aquest problema.
Dit això, la filà Templaris no pot més que manifestar la seva perplexitat i malestar pel fet de que una Associació amb més de 25 anys d’història no haja previst abans de festes de 2007 una problemàtica que era òbvia: anaven a acabar les festes i encara no es sabia quina era la filada responsable de l’Alferessia Cristiana 2008, donat que hi havien dues filades noves (Cristians de Mossen i Contrabandistes) i una filada donada de baixa (Arquers) des de que es va decidir el canvi d’ordre de desfilada el 1 de Juliol de 2005. No culpem d’açò a la Junta Directiva de l’Associació sinó a tots els membres que no hem sabut o pogut resoldre aquest problema imminent i a l’hora comentat per molta gent abans i durant les festes. Les festes són de tots els festers i malgrat la responsabilitat última és de la Junta Directiva, no és menys cert que entre tots tenim que fer de la festa més festa i intentar millorar-la, donant idees, suggeriments i intentant ajudar a la Junta Directiva de l’Associació per a que els problemes, que al final són de tots els festers, es puguen resoldre abans de que apareguen. Baix el nostre parèixer massa vegades utilitzem la frase “els de l’Associació” quan volem referir-nos a la nostra Junta Directiva electa, sense adonar-nos de que l’Associació som tots, i tots tenim que impulsar aquesta festa que tant estimem.
I com de suggeriments estem parlant, la filà Templaris vol fer les següents propostes a aquesta Assemblea:
1. Que, degut a la urgència del problema, es respecte, com no podia ser d’una altra manera, la decisió presa per Junta de Vocals de que l’Alferessia Cristiana 2008 recaiga en la filà Contrabandistes.
2. Que, una vegada resolt el problema més urgent, es cree una comissió per a que s’analitze amb tranquil•litat quins són els procediments que defineixen:
• Quín és l’impacte en l’ordre de desfilada quan una filada es dona de baixa de forma temporal o definitiva, especialment en el cas de que la filada donada de baixa es troba en una posició entre l’Alferes i el Regnat, la qual cosa fa que els anys que passen entre que es te l’Alferessia i el Regnat siga menor.
• Quin és el criteri per a les filades de nova creació, en quin lloc deuen desfilar, i quin és el temps mínim que ha de passar des de la creació d’una filada i el seu primer càrrec fester. Creem que tenim que tindre especial sensibilitat amb les noves filades que s’incorporen a la festa, per a que quan assumisquen un càrrec siga un orgull i no un problema econòmic.
• Quin és el criteri a seguir amb filades que tenen baixes temporals, i quina és la seva posició en la desfilada en el cas de que es reincorporen.
• Quin és el temps mínim que ha de passar entre 2 càrrecs consecutius. Considerem que la solució proposada en la passada Junta de Vocals no és la més adequada i és a la vegada injusta. Si l’objectiu és augmentar els anys que passen entre dos càrrecs festers consecutius, no entenem cóm havent 10 filades cristianes la filà Templaris haja tengut l’Alferes Cristià l’any 2007 i tinga el Regnat Cristià en 2010, amb sols dos anys entre els dos càrrecs. El mateix problema tindrà la filà Cristians d’Altàia, que va tindre Alferes Cristià l’any 2006 i tindrà Regnat Cristià en 2009. Baix el nostre parèixer, la filada que ha tingut el càrrec d’Alferes ha d’exir a l’any següent darrere de l’Alferes, independentment de qualsevol canvi, igual que la filada que ha tengut el Regnat sempre ix a l’any següent la primera.
• Analitzar si és possible evitar que una mateixa filada tinga consecutivament la desfilada del Regnat en dilluns.
• Qualsevol altra problemàtica relacionada amb l’ordre de desfilada que les filades membres de l’Associació tinguen a be proposar.
3. Que, una vegada la comissió creada per a definir aquests procediments haja obtengut un consens, que els resultats es presenten en una Assemblea Extraordinària i que, en cas de que siguen aprovats, passen a formar part dels Estatuts de la nostra Associació o que passen a formar part de les Normes de l’Associació.
Vaja per davant que la filà Templaris d’Altea acceptarà, amb tot l’orgull fester que ens caracteritza, els càrrecs que els festers, a través dels seus representants, decidisquen. Malgrat això, la filà Templaris considera que la importància de les festes de Moros i Cristians mereixen un anàlisi més profund al llarg de 2008 d’aquesta problemàtica. Estem segurs que tota la faena que es faja en aquesta direcció serà en benefici de les nostres festes actuals, i sobre tot per a les futures, per tal d’evitar situacions con les que desgraciadament hem viscut en els últims mesos en particular, però també ens els últims anys com a consequència del canvi d’ordre de desfile que es va fer en Juliol de 2005.
Sols ens queda agrair al senyor President de l’Associació, En Josep Serrat i Poblet els seus anys al front d’aquesta Associació al igual que als càrrecs que hui deixen les seves responsabilitats. A tots ells, gràcies pels esforços pel be de la festa. Tanmateix, volem donar a tots els festers hui reunits les gràcies per escoltar aquest prec, que esperem siga aprovat pel be de la nostra festa.
